Opportunities for graduate studies and research in chemical engineering are available in a number of areas, including aerosol science and technology, catalysis, chemical reaction engineering, transport of pollutants, environmentally benign catalytic processing, complex fluids, materials synthesis and composites, etc.  A student interested in research is encouraged to discuss opportunities for active involvement early on with the academic adviser.
